  For the best fit, follow these measurement guidelines:

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline
  • Seat: Measure around the fullest part of your hips
  • Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle

  Measure around the fullest part of the chest/bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

  Waist Measurement

  Measure around the natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of the torso.

  Measure around the fullest part of the hips/buttocks, approximately 7-9 inches below the waist.

  Sleeve Length

  For shirts: measure from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder, and down to the wrist.
