Made To Measure – Cladshati Apparel

We are offering made to measure services to our customers who cannot find their size on our website or is not sure of their size.

Should take at least 5 products from us, either tops or bottoms or both.
Will cover the transport cost for us to come and take His/her measurements to and from the customers location (estimated transport cost is 1500ksh paid directly to bolt/uber), if the customer already has their measurements then the transport cost do not apply.
The price will increase on the selected product by an extra 300ksh for a chest size of more than 50 inches and trouser waist measurement of more than 44 inches.
Estimated delivery timeline for the made to measure order is 7 business days.
A deposit of at least half the order price will have to be paid before the beginning of the order and the rest during delivery.

We are now offering alteration services on our purchased products for fee of 250ksh per item.

What alterations are we doing?

Jeans/khaki hemming on leg opening e.g.. ( Our size 34 jeans comes with a 13.5″ leg opening the customer can request for us to make the leg opening 12.5″ depending on on their prefrence)
Shirt back darts – to slim down the waist
Shorten the shirt or sleeve length etc.
Alteration will increase the delivery time by 1 – 2 business days.
